By purchasing the following package you agree to the following terms: 1. It is my responsibility to provide Impressions Superior Slideshows with all material and/or content to be used for my project. I certify that all the materials that I submit to Impressions Superior Slideshows are free of copyright protection or that I have obtained written permission from any third-party copyright holder to use the materials. I also understand and agree that all copyrighted music submitted for enclosure into the DVD slideshow must be on the original CD or purchased legally. I also understand and agree that all final DVD slideshows produced by Impressions Superior Slideshows are legally copyrighted and may not be duplicated for any reason, without express written permission from Impressions Superior Slideshows. 2. I agree to allow Impressions Superior Slideshows to use any portion of my completed DVD slideshow for advertising and promotional purposes or I have signed a release from this clause. 3. I understand, and agree, that DVD?s produced by Impressions Superior Slideshows are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. No admission fee is to be charged for viewing. 4. Impressions Superior Slideshows offers a free preview service so that that I may make all changes before shipment. Once shipment occurs, if I need the DVD slideshow redone for any reason, Impressions Superior Slideshows will charge me a 50.00 redo fee for each redone DVD slideshow. 5. Impressions Superior Slideshows will pay for the shipping and handling of my completed order. By submitting any media to Impressions Superior Slideshows for use in my project, I agree that Impressions Superior Slideshows shall not be liable for any loss or damage to these materials during the shipping process. I understand and agree to release Impressions Superior Slideshows from all liability resulting from mishandling or loss during shipping, regardless of carrier used or method of transport.
